Official's Card Re-imbursement Policy

South Dearborn Swimming will reimburse the cost of an official’s USA Swimming card based on the following criteria:

 The official must be registered with IN Swimming under SDS.

 SDS will reimburse ½ of the cost of the card for each season that the official has officiated for SDS at its home meets. The winter season would include the Fall Splash and any other USA sanctioned/approved meets that SDS hosts during the winter season. The summer season would include the Racin’ on the River meet, the local conference meets, and conference championship meet. In addition, if the official has children that swim they must be dues paying members as well as participate in the SDS meets. The family must be in good standing with SDS. SDS will reimburse the official at the end of the calendar year based on the above criteria. A official is responsible for completing the SDS reimbursement form by December 1^st of the year that the card is valid
