Parent Worker Policy

SDS hosts meets during each season. It takes the work of all parents to run the meets. The meets also provide a source of income which helps to keep dues as low as possible. A family will be assessed a fee of $25.00 for each session that they do not work. The following are the work requirements for each family for each type of meet that SDS hosts:

  SDS Fall Splash – each family must provide worker for 3 sessions.

 Racin’ on the River – each family must provide a worker for 2 sessions.

 Summer conference meets – see summer conference policy.

 All meet positions and the number of workers required for each position will be determined by the parent board member in charge of meet workers. Only the positions determined by the board will count towards the session requirements.

 Additional meets hosted by SDS will require like family obligations.
