Travel Fund Policy

South Dearborn has established a separate travel fund to be used for meets that extend beyond the state meet.

The expenses to be paid from the travel fund at the discretion of the Parent Board are those incurred only by the coach and are not for any swimmers.

The travel fund will be funded by transferring 5% of the season’s net fundraising income to the travel fund. The transfer will take place at the end of the season by the treasurer. The sponsorship program and heat sheet ads are not considered part of fundraising income for the travel fund.
